These members constitute a network of individual and institutional benefits providers and benefits recipients where one can become the other depending on the need.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading -->\n<h2>Individual members<\/h2>\n<!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Individual members of BAYENKITSO Institute are Fellows and Associates.<br \/><strong>BAYENKITSO Fellows <\/strong>are experienced academics and researchers, experienced professionals from various industries, and experienced entrepreneurs. Their experience is deployed when they take the role of <em>mentors <\/em>and <em>supervisors<\/em> to support postgraduate students and young academics in their academic journey; as well as professionals and entrepreneurs in their innovative and profitable careers. <br \/><strong>BAYENKITSO Associates<\/strong> are individual and community beneficiaries of the work of the institute.
